Welcome to Gower Cabins our thoughtfully designed wooden cabins nestled in a quiet river valley.
You can find us on Gower Peninsula, Britain’s first designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The cabins are set in the garden of Bridge Pottery. We've welcomed many guests over the years from writers to artists to friends looking for a place to stay.
We're in Llanmadoc which is just three miles from Rhossili beach and within walking distance of the local pub and community run village shop.
Both cabins are an ideal base for walkers, surfers or for a quiet retreat. It’s possible to rent both cabins together for families, friends and small groups .
If you're looking to work or stay at the cabins for a longer stretch then we're always happy to discuss this option.

"I shall remember the bird song above all else. So many birds. Blackbird's liquid song. Woodpeckers drumming. Buzzard mewing overhead. Owl's restful hoots. A fox passing the cabin in broad daylight, then sneaking past late at night, silvered by the moon. The stillness. And the strange-voiced wind when it pours down through the wooded hillsides, telling of adventures out at sea. Muses like it here. All they need is a whiff of tea and biscuits. This place is heavenly. Nestled, wild, well-maintained. Heron and cormorant will tell you that the river chatters at just the right volume - in its own unique voice but not boisterously. Twenty minutes walk to the trig point on Llandmadoc Hill for a sweeping view of Rhossili Bay that blows the mind and lifts the soul every time. Following a windy walk it's a wonderful cabin to return to. And it's a place that's hard to leave."
