Food and drink on your doorstep
You'll find us in the village of Cheriton, with Llanmadoc just around the corner. We're lucky enough to have a pub, shop and café all within walking distance.
Pub - The Britannia Inn
This pub is a 5 minute walk from the cabin. It has a cosy bar area, as well as a more formal restaurant. There's plenty of outside seating, with great views of the Loughor estuary in the back garden. Ideal for a pint and a bowl of chips at lunchtime or settle in for the evening for a 'proper' meal.

If you fancy heading further afield these pubs are all withing 20 minutes of us by car, or you could be the lunch stop on a longer walk: The King's Head, The King Arthur, The Welcome Inn. The Gower Brewery Tap at Crofty is open on Fridays from 4pm, pop in for a beer and grab a pizza.
Shop - 'Siop y Bobl' community shop
This is our community owned shop, you'll find it if you walk past the pub and carry on 10 minutes up the hill. Open Monday to Saturday this well stocked shop also serves coffee and cake and has a post office counter.

Café - Cwm Ivy Café and Crafts
This café is right at the far end of Llanmadoc, you can walk here via Cwm Ivy woods or stop by for tea and cake on the way back from the beach. Sian makes all her cakes on site - the Rhubarb and Almond is a favourite of ours.
